The Nicklaus Clubhouse establishes an entirely new standard for clubhouse luxury. Designed by John Sather AIA, AICP of Scottsdale, Arizona based Swaback Partners, the 17,000-square-foot Nicklaus Clubhouse incorporates glass, cut stone and steel, with a dramatic entry statement inspired by the work of sculptor Alexander Calder.
The Nicklaus Hillside Village is located atop an ancient glacial moraine, immediately south of, and above the striking new Nicklaus Course Clubhouse and between the front nine holes of the Nicklaus Golf Course in Painted Valley. The Nicklaus Hillside Village will be comprised of detached two-story golf villas. Four distinctive floor plans range in size from approximately 2,335 to 4,776 “net livable” square feet.
