Celebrities with Properties in Park City

Park City is Utah’s premiere ski destination as well as the designated venue for the annual
Sundance Film Festival. It’s no wonder that some of the biggest names in Tinseltown have
owned a vacation home here at some point. Here’s a list of some of the brightest Hollywood
stars to hang their boots and kick their feet up in The Beehive State’s wondrous resort town.

Taylor Swift
The “Shake It Off” used to frequent a sprawling 17,422 sq. ft. home in The Colony. Sitting on
4.63 acres of land, the 9-bedroom, 11-bath home has also been rented by Larry King as well as
Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore when they were still married. Every bit as glamorous as its
past and present owners, The Colony home is known for having an external house for guards,
maids, and caretakers.

Lisa Kudrow
The “Friends” alum once owned a scenic ski retreat in the heart of Park City, which she put on
the market for a reported USD 3.6 million back in 2017. The two-story condo property located at
the Black Diamond Lodge—a community at the base of Deer Valley Resort— features floor-to-
ceiling windows and a hot tub overlooking the resort.

Tony Danza
Popular TV star Tony Danza—Anthony Iadanza in real life—owns a 5,000 sq. ft. home in Park
City. Built in 1988, the property boasts five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a contemporary
design with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains, all of which can be enjoyed thanks to
the home’s large glass windows, patio, and deck. The property also features two garages and
two separate fireplaces.

Graham Russell
You might not know the name, but you’re sure to know his songs. A member of global pop
group Air Supply, Graham’s lengthy string of hits include gem ballads such as “All Out of Love,”
“Lonely Is the Night,” and “Without You,” to name a few. A Park City resident since 1994, the
singer/songwriter’s home is a three-story abode that sits on 1,120 acres deep in the Wasatch
Mountains and comes with its own recording studio and wildlife preserve.

James Caan
The late great James Caan, who shot to fame playing the ferocious Sonny Corleone in The
Godfather, moved to a Park City cabin for two years to focus on personal health and spend
more time with his family. He eventually went back to live in Los Angeles after that period. An
avid skier, Caan was known to favor bamboo ski poles over the more popular metal ones.

Michael Jordan
The reigning NBA GOAT may despise his Salt Lake City counterparts on the court, but he
obviously has nothing but love for the locale, as evidenced by his long ownership of a one-of-a-
kind contemporary mountain retreat. Listed on the market in 2019 for $7.5 million then sold for
an undisclosed amount, the basketball legend 4-acre property before features exquisite details
like Italian marble and bamboo flooring, Swiss Pearwood and Macassar ebony cabinets,
mosaic-tiled bathrooms, jet water tubs, and glass garage doors.
